Determine Job Description

Job description is an important part of human resources development. Like navigator, job description is map that establish our goals, where we must go, how much speed we need to do, etc. Of course, before we determine job descriptions, we must make job analysis.
Job analysis can be made with three conditions below:
1.For new job positions, but existing in the organization structure yet.
2.For existing job positions, but no person on the positions yet
3.For existing job positions , but don’t have job descriptions
