Exercise and Mineral Water

To avoid dehydration when you are doing exercise, do the following rule. Two hours before the exercises, drink 3 glasses (600 cc) the mineral water, and about 15-20 minutes before doing exercises, drink 1 glass (300 cc) again.
While doing exercises, try to drink 1 glass (200 cc) the mineral water every 20 minutes.
