What Is Plantar Fasciitis?

I am a thirty years old working woman, and I think that’s not even too old to have a healthy body, until one day I got up from my bed in the morning, and step my foot for the first time on the day, I felt pain on my heel. I feel that I’m growing old and old.
On the week end I went to the clinic, to find out what exactly happened to me heel. I told the doctor all what I felt, then the doctor asked me what my job is, and what exactly I’m doing in the work. Yeah, I work on an industrial laboratory which made me have to stand and walk wearing uncomfortable safety shoes all day along.
The doctor said, it is Plantar Fasciitis that attacked me. Yeah it is what exactly happened to me, a foot inflammatory condition caused by excessive foot activities, which is also influenced by our weight.
The doctor said, it is important to have light foot stretching in the morning, do it on the bed, before I start my day. And also, a night splint can be used during sleep to keep the foot in the right position.
