If you are big fans of Korean dramas, maybe you already knew the fashion styles of the actresses. Short skirt is common apparel in Korean dramas, and even you are maybe is one of the short skirts trend followers.

Believe it or not, but actually short skirts were illegal in South Korea, based on Korean Government’s act in 1970s. The Korean Government was authoritarian government at that time. Korean Policemen could arrest or fine a girl who wearing short skirt.

The act was valid until the end of 1980s. However, most of Korean assumed that the act was not appropriate in the recent life style. Besides, the government and the policemen also have no time to investigate the short skirt case which is spread in huge numbers of users in Seoul.
