How to Lose Weight

What did you do to lose your weight? The most popular way maybe is consuming diet pills, due to its practicality, cheap and easy to find it. Yet, one of my friends who is in weight loss program told me that consuming diet pill is not that incredible result like what its advertisements (of course!). Weight loss program is about a series of treatment synergy between discipline diet and regular exercises. And compare to regular exercise, discipline diet is more difficult to do, because there are soooo many delicious foods temptations around us, in the mall when we shop, in our friends’ party, in the office’s events, etc. Don’t you think we need appetite suppressant in this case?
